30-day returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. You can start a return from your account (Orders → Return items), or call or text us at +1 850 213 9414.
Free return label
We send you a prepaid return label. You do not pay for return shipping.
Condition of the return
- The product must be unused.
- The parcel and product must not be damaged by you.
Damaged, missing or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, has a missing item, or is not what you ordered, call or text +1 850 213 9414 with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund it to your original payment method.
